Mindful Blooms Collage: A Self-Care Art Workshop

  • Duration: 1 hour

  • Location: The Artist’s Lofts at 6 N Union Street, Lambertville, NJ

  • Facilitator: Christina Galagarza
This workshop utilizes the arrangement of a paper & collage floral bouquet as a profound metaphor for personal agency, patience, and self-care. While every participant sits at the same table and draws from the same pool of curated materials, no two finished bouquets will look alike. Each variation is celebrated as a visual reflection of individual intuition.
