The Journey of Eternal Flowers: From Inspiration to Renewal
2019 Eternal Flower Paintings sprouted
Life, much like a beautiful bouquet, is full of vibrant colors, intricate textures, and sometimes, unexpected shifts. My journey with Eternal Flower Paintings began in 2019, a simple desire to rediscover my brushstrokes and reconnect with the joy of painting. I started painting flowers, not just any flowers, but specifically captivating bridal arrangements; the ones bursting with bold colors, diverse varieties, and rich textures. As a painter, I've always been drawn to the interplay of color and the challenge of building truly textured surfaces with paint, and wedding bouquets offered an endless wellspring of inspiration.
For two years, I poured my heart into this burgeoning business, watching it grow slowly and steadily, helping couples preserve their cherished memories. My art was a reflection of love, and I felt a deep connection to every bloom and every story.

Then, life took an unexpected turn. My own marriage, which had once been a foundation of my world, began to unravel. As an artist, I infuse so much of myself and my emotions into my work. After my divorce, a shift naturally occurred in my paintings. They became more abstract, more out of focus, mirroring the internal landscape I was navigating. The deep, joyful connection I once felt to the celebratory service I was offering felt distant. I needed time to heal, to process, and to find my way back, and I did that through exploring more experimental and therapeutic art-making.
Emergence is a visual exploration of the complexities of loss and renewal. This piece reflects the profound darkness experienced during a period of personal upheaval following divorce and other family matters. Embedded within the canvas, semi-precious gemstones serve as poignant reminders of past joys and the potential for future brilliance.

The past three years have been scattered, to say the least, but art remains my constant. It’s my anchor, my therapist, my unwavering passion that guides me through uncertainty. This period of reflection, healing, and artistic experimentation wasn't a detour; it was a necessary recalibration.
Now, I am thrilled to announce the continuation and evolution of Eternal Flower Paintings from my new studio in Lambertville, NJ. This new chapter isn't just a relocation; it's a renewal, infused with a deeper understanding of the beauty and resilience of love, and the profound importance of preserving life's most precious moments.
I've poured this renewed passion into creating new packages and services, designed to offer even more ways to transform your wedding flowers into lasting heirlooms. Whether you're celebrating a recent marriage or preserving a treasured memory from years past, I am ready to craft a unique work of art that captures the essence of your special day. As a human artist, word-of-mouth connection is the most powerful tool I rely on. If my work resonates with you, I would be truly grateful if you would share my story and my art with others. If you know anyone planning a wedding who would cherish this unique heirloom offering, please pass along my name and my passion.
